Cancellations and Changes
All of our products are made to order. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email.
You can edit your order at any time before it goes into production. Please keep in mind that in some cases, this could be as soon as two hours for Rush shipping and twelve hours for standard shipping.
Damaged Items / Low Quality Print
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then please get in touch and please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or damaged area of the item within a week’s time.
The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order and eliminate errors in a future printing.
First and foremost, please check the size chart under each shirt profile to make sure the shirt will fit you.
If you are still unsure, you might want to order one size up for a comfy fit.
Unfortunately there are no returns at this moment for wrong sizes.
